Mary Anne's passion for healing and self-empowerment began when she embarked on her own healing journey in 1990. Her approach encompasses a diverse range of techniques and approaches, enabling her to provide personalized guidance and support tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Recognizing that no single approach suits every individual, Mary Anne has undergone training as a Certified Facilitator in the Art of Deep Listening through The Clarity Process.  She furthers her own healing work by attending Re-evaluation Counseling (RC). She has extensive experience in leading support groups and workshops in the self development and healing space and has lead  Adult Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional Families groups and workshops, holds an advanced certification as an EFT Practitioner, and assists interested individuals in developing spiritually by connecting with their Higher-Self, and if interested, connecting with their Guardian Angels and exploring current challenges through Past Life Regression experiences.
